The San Mateo County Sea Change team is leading a King Tides & Coffee events to inform the public about how king tides can help visualize future flooding risks in the County. County of San Mateo staff and city representatives will share information about the current projects the County and others are working on to reduce impacts from sea level rise. The event will include a guided walk along the shoreline to see the king tide’s peak height of 6.7 feet at 10:10 am !
We will also talk about the Snap the Tides, See the Future Photo Contest.
Refreshments, coffee, and bagels will provided. Please remember to bring your personal mug.
